Booking Fee

At Harbour Air, we’re committed to delivering exceptional service and convenience to all passengers. To help maintain this standard, a CAD $15 booking fee (taxes included) applies to new bookings made through our Customer Contact Centre or with a Customer Service Agent, when the booking could otherwise be completed through our self-serve online system. 


We understand this may raise questions, so here’s when the fee does not apply:


  • Passengers unable to self-serve due to impairment or disability
  • Use of payment methods not available online
  • Booking for an unaccompanied minor
  • Seniors aged 65 and over
  • Group bookings of 6 or more passengers
  • Tour package bookings


We hope this helps clarify when the booking fee is applied.
