To ensure timely departures, all passengers must be fully checked in before the designated cutoff time. Please review the following policies to avoid delays or missed flights:

Check-In Cutoff Times

• Arrive at the check-in counter or kiosk before your flight’s cutoff time to allow for check-in, baggage drop-off, and any required screening
• Passengers who miss the cutoff may not be permitted to board, as late arrivals can disrupt flight schedules and impact other guests.

Boarding Policies

• If you are not fully checked in by the cutoff time, you may not be allowed to board your scheduled flight.
• If you miss your flight, Harbour Air reserves the right to cancel any return flights associated with your booking.

Fare Flexibility & Changes

• Flex Fare offers the most flexibility, allowing changes or cancellations up to 1 hour before departure. If you miss your flight, you may reinstate to a same-day flight (subject to availability) for a $150 fee per passenger. Note: reinstated flights cannot be changed or canceled.
• All fare types except Light Fare allow same-day changes for a fee, provided you give at least 1 hour’s notice and there is availability. 
• If you miss the cutoff and haven’t made changes in advance, your fare is forfeited.
