Luggage Policy for Cross-Border Travel

When traveling across the border, it's important to keep in mind our luggage policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free journey. Here are some key points to consider:

Luggage must travel with you

All luggage must accompany you on the same flight. Due to security regulations, we cannot store or ship luggage separately, so please plan accordingly.

Hand luggage is part of your total allowance

Your hand luggage is included in your overall luggage limit. For added flexibility, consider booking our Flex Fare, which includes a 50 lb allowance.

Need more luggage space? Book an extra seat

If your luggage exceeds the standard limit, you may book an additional seat. This allows up to 200 lbs of extra luggage, with a maximum of 50 lbs per bag to ensure safe handling by our our dock crew.

We hope these points help clarify our luggage policy for cross-border travel. Safe travels!
