Luggage Policy for Cross-Border Travel

When traveling across the border, it's important to keep in mind our luggage policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free journey. Here are some key points to consider:

Luggage must travel with you

All bags must accompany you on the same flight. We cannot store luggage or send it ahead due to security regulations, so please plan accordingly.

Hand luggage is part of your total allowance

Your carry-on counts toward your overall baggage limit. For more flexibility, we recommend booking the Flex Fare, which includes a 50 lb allowance. If you plan to use the full allowance, let us know in advance so we can prepare.

Need more luggage space? Book an extra seat

If you expect to exceed the standard baggage limit, you can book an additional seat. This allows up to 200 lbs of extra luggage, provided no single bag exceeds 50 lbs—a limit set for the safety of our dock crew.

We hope these points help clarify our luggage policy for cross-border travel. Safe travels!
