Traveling with a Pet

We understand that pets are part of the family, and we’re here to help ensure their journey is safe and comfortable. If you're planning to travel with your furry companion, please keep the following guidelines in mind:

Weight Limit
Pets may travel on our aircraft as long as the combined weight of the pet and carrier does not exceed 35 lbs. Please note that this total will count toward your overall luggage allowance.

Pet Carrier Requirements
For safety and comfort, pets on domestic flights are transported in the aircraft’s rear cargo area. Carriers must be hard-shelled, secure, leakproof, and well-ventilated. Soft-shell or collapsible kennels are not accepted for cargo transport.

Our maximum pet carrier dimensions are:

21" L x 16" W x 15" H (53 cm x 41 cm x 38 cm)

International Travel
When flying between Canada and the United States, you’ll need to present your pet’s immunization records and a valid health certificate at the border. These documents are essential for meeting international travel regulations and protecting your pet’s health.

By preparing ahead and following these requirements, you’ll help ensure a smooth and stress-free experience for both you and your pet.
