Guidelines for Pets Traveling as Freight:

Carrier & Size Requirements
All unaccompanied pets must be transported in an approved pet carrier that meets our size and weight specifications. This helps ensure a secure and comfortable journey.

Behaviour & Weather Conditions 

For safety reasons, we’re unable to transport pets that show signs of distress or when weather or other conditions may impact the flight. Your pet’s well-being is always our top priority.

Flat Rate Shipping Fees

• $40.00 for direct, one-way flights
• $60.00 for thru fare flights

These rates apply to common household pets such as cats, dogs, rabbits, and birds traveling in approved carriers.

Other Live Animals

Animals not covered under our Pet Policy, such as fish or reptiles, must be shipped in secure freight containers and are subject to our standard freight fare rates.

International Flights 

At this time, we do not offer unaccompanied pet transport services on international routes.
