Changing or Cancelling a Reservation
We understand that travel plans can change. If you need to modify or cancel your reservation, the options available to you will depend on the fare type purchased.

How to Change or Cancel Your Booking

If your fare permits changes or cancellations, you can manage your reservation online:

  1. Log in to your Harbour Air account.
  2. Navigate to the Booking Summary page.
  3. Locate your reservation and select the available options.
  4. Choose Change or Cancel.

If this is your first booking, your Harbour Air account number (HAS) and password will have been emailed to you when the reservation was created.

If you prefer assistance, our Customer Contact Centre can also help with eligible changes and cancellations.

Fare Rules and Restrictions

Change and cancellation policies vary by fare type. Before making any modifications, review the fare conditions associated with your booking.

You can find your fare conditions:

  • In your booking confirmation email
  • On our website (click here)

2-Hour Grace Period

Reservations may be changed or cancelled within 2 hours of booking without penalty, provided the flight departs more than 24 hours from the time of booking. Please contact our Customer Contact Centre to make the change for you.

Upgrading Your Fare

You may upgrade your reservation to a higher fare tier to receive additional benefits, such as increased baggage allowance.

Please note:

  • The original fare's change and cancellation rules will continue to apply.
  • Light Fare bookings are not eligible for upgrades.
