How to Redeem Your Turbo Tickets

Turbo Tickets were part of a limited release and are no longer available for purchase. If you still have some, good news—they never expire and can still be used!

Two Ways to Use Your Turbo Tickets

You can redeem your Turbo Tickets in one of two ways:

  1. Flying standby

  2. Trading up for a confirmed seat

Option 1: Fly Standby

How it works:

  • Arrive at any Harbour Air terminal and check in with an agent as a standby passenger.
  • If departing from Tofino or Seattle, call 778-800-0225 to be added to the standby list. You’ll be placed in the queue and accommodated when seats become available.

You can fly standby:

  • Weekends & statutory holidays: All day

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 am to 2:30 pm departures

Important details:

  • Most Turbo Tickets include a baggage weight limit printed on the ticket; if none is listed, the allowance is equal to a Comfort fare.

  • Baggage travels on a space-available basis and may occasionally fly separately.

  • Taxes and fees based on the full fare are due once your standby seat is confirmed.

  • Unaccompanied minors (11 and under) cannot travel on Turbo Ticket standby.

  • Turbo Tickets are valid for domestic travel only unless you have a Tour de Cure Turbo Ticket.

Option 2: Trade Up for a Confirmed Seat

How it works:

  • You can book a confirmed seat online, by phone, or at the terminal—this option is available for all fares and for bookings made as far in advance as you like.
  • If you call to book, your Turbo Ticket credit can be applied right away.
  • If you book online, the credit will be applied at check-in.
  • For both booking methods, you must present your Turbo Ticket at check-in.
  • Each Turbo Ticket provides a $50 credit (up to four tickets per one-way flight).
Tour de Cure Turbo Tickets (purchased Aug. 18, 2022) provide a $75 credit.

Important details:

  • Once you book a confirmed seat, you cannot switch to standby on the same day or route.

  • If you apply more Turbo Tickets than the fare value, the unused portion is not refunded.

  • Trade-Up credits can be applied to any Harbour Air fare (Light, Value, Comfort, Flex).

  • Tour de Cure Turbo Tickets are valid on both domestic and international routes.

  • Confirmed bookings follow the rules of the fare purchased—not the Turbo Ticket.

  • Trade-Up is not available for scenic tours, private charters, or international flights (except Tour de Cure).

  • A valid credit card is required to hold any advance booking.

We hope this helps you get the most out of your Turbo Tickets!
