We understand that travel plans can change, and we aim to make modifying or cancelling your reservation as simple as possible. Here’s what you need to know:


Fare Rules

Your ability to change or cancel your booking depends on the fare type you purchased. If your fare allows it, you can make changes or cancellations by logging into your account on our website. First‑time customers receive an email with their HAS number and password when the initial booking is made. You can also contact our Customer Contact Centre if you prefer assistance with changing or cancelling your booking.


Cancellation and Change Rules

Each fare type has its own rules for changes and cancellations. For full details, please refer to our fare conditions—available on our website (click here) or in your booking confirmation email.


Grace Period

We offer a 2-hour grace period for cancellations or changes, as long as your flight is more than 24 hours away. 


Upgrading Your Reservation

You can upgrade to a higher fare tier to receive added benefits like increased luggage allowance. However, the original fare’s change and cancellation rules still apply, and Light Fare bookings cannot be upgraded.
