We offer four convenient shipping options to fit your schedule and delivery needs:

Terminal-to-Terminal
Drop your parcel off at one of our terminals for delivery to another terminal. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your preferred flight.

Note: Freight shipments are handled on a standby, space-available basis. 

We offer three Parcel Express options for sending freight Terminal-to-Terminal: Express Next Flight, Express Same Day, and Express Next Day. For more details, visit our website: click here.

Door-to-Door
For courier pickup and delivery, please either call our freight line at 604-233-3501 or email us at parcelexpress@harbourair.com to schedule your service.

Same-day delivery is available for orders placed by 1:00 pm, and this service operates Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).

Courier service is available in downtown Vancouver, Richmond (YVR South), Victoria, and Nanaimo.

Terminal-to-Door
Drop off your parcel at our terminal, and we’ll coordinate delivery to the recipient via one of our courier partners. 

Parcels must arrive at the departure terminal by 1:00 pm for same-day delivery, and this service operates Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). 

Courier service is available in downtown Vancouver, Richmond (YVR South), Victoria, and Nanaimo.
