How to Track a Parcel

When you send a shipment through our parcel service, you'll receive an invoice number - your key to tracking and collecting your parcel.

Here's a quick guide to help you navigate the process smoothly:

Invoice Number
Each shipment is assigned a unique invoice number, which is essential for tracking your parcel in our system. Make sure to keep this number handy as you'll need it to check the status and whereabouts of your shipment, as well as for pickup.

Receiver Requirements:
To collect the parcel at its destination, the receiver must provide the invoice tracking number and present photo ID. This step helps confirm the identity of the person picking up the shipment and ensures secure delivery.

"Collect" Shipments
If your parcel is sent as a collect shipment, the receiver is responsible for paying the shipping fee before the parcel is released. Payment can be made directly at the pickup location.
