Companion Fare

Eligible passengers pay the regular fare, while their approved companion's fare is only subject to sustainability fees, fuel surcharges, applicable port/dock fees, and taxes.

How to Apply

• Ask your physician to complete Harbour Air’s Medical Information Form: click here.
• Submit the form directly to Ultima Medical Services for review.
• Ultima will assess the application and provide written confirmation if approved. 

Important: All medical information remains confidential and is not shared with Harbour Air. 

Booking Process 

Once approved, Harbour Air will update your profile to allow seamless booking for you and your companion. You may register up to two approved companions on your profile.
