If you’ve left something behind on one of our aircraft or in a terminal, we’re here to help you recover it.
How to Report a Lost Item
Email our Customer Contact Centre at reservation@harbourair.com with a detailed description of the item.
Please include:
- Brand, color, size, and any unique features
- Where you think you may have left it (e.g., aircraft, terminal)
Once we receive your message, we’ll contact our terminal teams to check if the item has been found. Please allow some time, as staff may be assisting other guests.
If Your Item Is Found
We’ll notify you by email and help arrange its return. Whether you’re near one of our terminals or planning to travel with us again, we can hold the item or send it to you.
At Harbour Air, we understand how stressful it can be to lose something while traveling. We’re committed to doing our best to reunite you with your belongings.
